Spring/summer collection 2012 Live free, Inspired, active and Strong.

I think we all need to find peace amidst the hectic pace of our every day life and increasing pressure. I go for a walk in the woods or take a run on my windsurfer across the harbor to find that stillness that my creativity grows in. I drew from that majestic stillness in designing my 2012 spring/summer collection, I wanted the clothes both in design and color to convey tranquility and energy, calm cool shades of blue; quiet pinks, and grays the color of ancient stones the use of sunny yellow and orange plaid this season is my version of a good giggle, a tension release. I still have my signature tailoring it’s coupled with fabrics that stretch and give.
The silhouettes are lean and forgiving, constructed with pleats that give when in motion and flatter the feminine shape. I continue to push my concept of Functional Elegance by pairing stretchy, comfortable fabrics with tailored and contemporary designs.
At least when it comes to what we wear we have a choice.
