Shipping and delivery time

Stina Sayre Design is a small design business taking pride in handmade products crafted in New England, on the northeastern coast of the United States.

We carry a small stock of products of our ready-to-wear line and take private orders on the custom order collection. Shipping days are Tuesday and Fridays. Depending on demand, your order might be on back order, in which case it takes 3-4 weeks.

Return policy

We understand that garments have to fit properly, so please make sure you are happy with your purchase before wearing it. Worn and/or laundered items will not be accepted for credit or exchange.

Item has to be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date. Email us for a return authorization code and let us know why you need to return an item.

Write the authorization code on the original purchase slip and place it inside the box with the item, and you will be credited with exact amount or an exchange.

Credit Card and Debit Card purchases returned for refund will be credited to the card used in the original purchase transaction. Please allow 1- 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
